Low back pain (LBP) is a common complaint in society. Low back pain is caused by lifting excessively heavy loads at work, improper posture, prolonged bending over, lifting and carrying loads in an unergonomic manner, and sitting or standing for long periods. This study aims to analyze the relationship between work positions and LBP complaints at CV. Mozart and Anugrah. The study used a cross-sectional design. This study was conducted on September 15-30 with a sample of 60 respondents using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square test. The univariate results showed that 39 respondents (65.0%) had high-risk work positions, and 19 respondents (31.7%) had low-risk low back pain complaints. The Chi-Square test showed a significant relationship between work positions and low back pain complaints (p <0.005). In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between work position and low back pain complaints at CV. Mozart Plafon and Anugrag Plafon. It is recommended that workers adopt good and correct work positions to prevent low back pain complaints.
