This community service activity aims to provide education about the people-pleaser phenomenon and introduce a simple intervention in the form of expressive writing therapy as a preventative measure in managing students' emotions. The program was implemented at SMP Negeri 7 Tandun through stages of socialization, discussion, and expressive writing practice combined with symbolization of releasing negative emotions. Observations showed that students participated in the activity enthusiastically, were able to relate the material to personal experiences, and felt an emotional release after participating in the writing session. These findings are in line with the theory that states that expressive writing is effective in helping individuals organize emotions and improve psychological well-being. Student responses demonstrated enthusiasm and active involvement in the discussion. This activity contributed to strengthening adolescents' emotional management skills and served as an example of collaboration between the disciplines of Psychology and Islamic Educational Guidance and Counseling.
